At SheJewel, we strive to deliver your order in the quickest, safest, and most economical way possible. We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them and aim to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

      1) Domestic deliveries are typically completed within:

  • 5 to 7 working days across most regions in India
  • 7 to 10 working days for certain parts of Northern India

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics delays, weather conditions, transit disruptions, governmental restrictions, or force majeure events. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding.

     2) We provide a tracking number for every order once it has been shipped. You will receive a WhatsApp message, email, and SMS with the tracking details so you can monitor your package.

      3) Please note that our shipping times may be affected by factors such as unexpected weather events and national holidays, which may delay the delivery of your order.

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

IMPORTANT - In case of returns due to incorrect address/phone number, or the customer being unavailable, customer will have to bear for reshipment. In case the customer wishes for a refund on the returned product, forward and RTO charges will be cut and balance shall be refunded.
