1. Change of Mind: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or no longer want the product. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process a damage claim, a continuous unboxing video (without any edits, cuts, pauses, or skips) is mandatory. Claims cannot be accepted without an original, unedited unboxing video, as this is required by our courier partner to process the claim.


Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
2.1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing shejewel4u@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram. Include your name, order number, an unboxing video, and detailed information about the damage or defect.
2.2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will evaluate your request and, if applicable, provide you with a return authorization.
2.3. Replacement or Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, if it is found to be damaged or defective as described, we will promptly send you a replacement. If the exact product is not available, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase value within 3-7 days.

3. Non-Eligible Returns: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during the Sale Period.
  • Free products provided during the occasional Sale Period.
